Topbright   DH1010

General-purpose white masterbatch for polyolefin plastics and partially used in other plastics, high economical.

Topbright  DH1010 is a general-purpose white masterbatch containing imported rutile titanium dioxide, which provides high gloss and high whiteness for the dyed polyolefin resin. It is a white masterbatch. This product is mainly used for injection molding, extrusion and granulation, and makes the product have excellent physical properties.

This product complies with the ROHS Directive of Europe. And through the REACH test and FDA food contact detection, odorless.

Add method

Topbright   DH1010 has the characteristics of easy dilution and easy mixing. Therefore, it is very suitable to add the white resin and the resin in the feeding hopper directly or in a pre-stirred manner to stir the mixture in the drum or the blender.

Add ratio

The masterbatch addition ratio is usually based on the appearance of the final product. Typical additions range from 1% to 2%. Polyolefins can increase the amount added. It is recommended that the amount of dissimilar plastic be added within 2%.
