Topbright  DH081 is a general-purpose white masterbatch containing a high concentration of rutile titanium dioxide. It is used for the production of high gloss and high whiteness for dyed polyolefin resins. It is a white masterbatch of porcelain. This product is mainly used for injection molding, extrusion and granulation, blown film, etc., and can be printed. And make the product have excellent physical properties。

Add method

Topbright   DH081 has the characteristics of easy dilution and easy mixing. Therefore, it is very suitable to add the white resin and the resin in the feeding hopper directly or in a pre-stirred manner to stir the mixture in the drum or the blender.

Add ratio

The masterbatch addition ratio is usually based on the appearance of the final product. Typical additions range from 1% to 2%. Polyolefins can increase the amount added. It is recommended that the amount of dissimilar plastic be added within 2%.
