Topbright DH6060 is a general whitened white masterbatch containing high concentration of rutile titanium dioxide. It is especially used for dyeing polyolefin resin to provide high gloss and high whiteness. It is a whitening masterbatch. This product is mainly used for injection molding, extrusion and granulation, and makes the product have excellent physical properties.
This product complies with the ROHS Directive of Europe. And through the REACH test and FDA food contact detection, odorless.
Add method
Topbright DH6060 has the characteristics of easy dilution and easy mixing. Therefore, it is very suitable to add the white resin and the resin in the feeding hopper directly or in a pre-stirred manner, and stir and mix the white mother and the resin in a drum or a blender first.
Add ratio
The masterbatch addition ratio is usually based on the appearance of the final product. Typical additions range from 1% to 2%. Polyolefins can increase the amount added. It is recommended that the amount of dissimilar plastic be added within 2%.
