Topbright  DH2014 is a universal color masterbatch containing imported high-pigment carbon black. It is especially used for the production of high gloss and high blackness for dyed polyolefin resins. The product is mainly used for injection molding and extrusion, and gives the product excellent physical properties performance. 

This product complies with the ROHS Directive of Europe. And through the REACH test and FDA food contact detection, odorless.

 

Add method 

Topbright   DH2014 has the characteristics of easy dilution and easy mixing. Therefore, it is very suitable to be directly added to the feeding hopper together with the plastic resin, or the black mother and the resin are stirred and mixed in a drum or a blender beforehand with stirring.

 

Add ratio

The masterbatch addition ratio is usually based on the appearance of the final product. Typical additions range from 1% to 2%. Polyolefins can increase the amount added. It is recommended that the amount of dissimilar plastic be added within 2%.
