Topbright DH2772 is a universal color masterbatch containing imported high-pigment carbon black, which provides a highly-dispersed product for dyed polyolefin resins. The product is mainly used for extrusion, blown film and cast film production.
This product complies with the ROHS Directive of Europe. And through the REACH test and FDA food contact detection, odorless.
Add method
Topbright DH2772 has the characteristics of easy dilution and easy mixing. Therefore, it is suitable to be directly added to the feeding hopper together with the plastic resin, or the black mother and the resin are stirred and mixed in the drum or the blender in a pre-stirred manner.
Add ratio
The masterbatch addition ratio is usually based on the appearance of the final product. Typical additions range from 2% to 4%. Polyolefin can increase the amount added.
