Modified polypropylene properties:
Flame-retardant polypropylene has excellent flame-retardant properties, and maintains and improves the impact resistance, heat resistance, electrical energy of ordinary PP, and improves processability and dimensional stability.
The talcum powder filling PP has good heat resistance, low molding shrinkage, stable product size, high hardness, good chemical corrosion resistance, and excellent processing performance.
Modified polypropylene use:
Flame-retardant PP can be used to make products for household appliances, electrical appliances, electrical switches, wiring boards, connectors, and other fireproof public facilities.
Talcum powder filled PP can be used in car bumpers, automotive interior parts, motorcycle electric car parts, home appliance housings and so on.
processing method:
Modified PP for injection molding, the proposed processing temperature of 195-225 °C, mold temperature 40-80 °C, injection pressure 60-90MPa, drying temperature 90-95 °C, 1-3 hours.
